On Febuary 26th, Seth Rogen testified in a Senate subcommittee meeting on the topic of Alzheimer's disease. The topic hit home for the comedian/actor when his mother-in-law was diagnosed at the age of 55.( If you didn't catch the speech you can watch the clip here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hvdbHSGWAgs ) The first Hilarity for Charity event was held in 2012 and raised an over $300,000 with performances by Bruno Mars, Pauly D, and Judd Apatow. Next, they are coming to New York City for there event on April 8th at the Jane Hotel in the West Village. The events proceeds with go towards the Alzheimer's Association to help families facing the high-cost of care for their loved ones. In addition to the comedic styling of Seth Rogen, Aziz Ansari, Natasha Leggero, Demetri Martin, and Hannibal Buress will also being performing.
