  • Have an appealing design: Potential customers are quick to judge when they look at a product, so it is important to have a design that is appealing and will draw in people’s eyes. This will generate curiosity for them to learn more about your product.
  • Timing: Timing is essential for products, especially if it’s seasonal. Or even if your product isn’t seasonal but could be in some aspects, you may be able to push for more interest in your product if it was released during a certain season.
  • Have a target: Products can appeal to a universal audience, but you also have to keep in mind who would have the most interest in your product and target them. For example, if your product appeals to the young-adult/college crowd, you might want to advertise on Facebook. If your product appeals to teens, maybe try Myspace.
