Segway Electric Vehicle New York PRSegway's Electric Vehicle was in New York for a little PR. Segway and GM have teamed up to produce this prototype in the above picture. The vehicle is called the PUMA (Personal Urban Mobility & Accessibility) and is capable of 35 miles an hour and a 35-mile range for urban driving.
